Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Nuclear Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining documentation for nuclear projects, including technical specifications, procedures, manuals, and reports. You will work closely with clients, engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies to ensure that all documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain documentation for nuclear projects, including technical specifications, procedures, manuals, and reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Organize and maintain document repositories, ensuring accessibility and version control.
  • Review and update documentation as needed to reflect changes in project scope, requirements, or regulations.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on documentation requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in nuclear documentation, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices for nuclear documentation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in document management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of nuclear engineering principles and terminology is a plus.
